First of all, I have a HUGE announcement to make. Are you ready? Here it is...
Drumroll, please...........
For the first time in 11 years, we are officially
a diaper-free household!!!!
Pretty thrilling, isn't it? Do you think I could pass the Diaper Genie off as a garden stool?
Yeah. Probably not.
In other exciting news, the living room pillow I was waiting for is here!
The lumbar pillow is done in the Magnolia Gootar fabric. The welting is done in the same fabric as the two geometric pillows.
I feel like the room is finally coming together.
Hope you are having an exciting day!!
My Gosh your living room is looking so fresh. Love the colors you are incorporating in the room. Here is my new URL you may need to add it in order for me to come up.

Your new pillows look perfect, Carolyn! They link together all of the accent colours in the room. Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on being diaper free!

Love the pillow, it goes so well with the pink ottoman (which I'm totally in love with). Being diaper free sounds amazing, I am 4.5 years into diapers (3 kids) with no end in sight.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on being diaper FREE!!! Major good news!

P.S. I love the new pillow...gorgeous fabric :)
I know you are glad to be through with diapers. Your pillows are mighty fine. The living room is gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteWow! Your room has turned out gorgeous. That pillow just brings all the colors together in one. Perfect choice! I can see why you fell in love with that fabric. Your room looks like it could be in a Ballard's catalog!
ReplyDeleteThe pillow is so pretty, Carolyn! it is the small details that really bring a room together. I'm also thrilled for you with the diaper issue. My four kids were so close in age, one came out of diapers and the next one came along! I think it was six straight years!
ReplyDeleteXO,
Jane
I'm having a drink to celebrate the diaper-free zone of your house. Then I'll have another drink to celebrate your new pillow. Then what? Any more good news to celebrate? I have half a bottle left! Seriously....love the living room!

So I spotted your pillows in the Umcommon Slice of Suburbia link up and had to click through. Anyone with cushions that gorgeous must have fabulous taste! I was right - that settee is beautiful and the tufted ottoman is right up my alley. Love your blog xx
