I'd better take you on a little tour of our home in its Christmas finery before the kids are home and the place becomes a total mess. I've already shown you the foyer, but here are some other scenes from around our home...
Come on inside...
Hope you enjoyed the tour. I'm still not completely done with the decorating. You may have noticed a certain tree still lacking ornaments. I figure the kids and I will have 10 days to get that done :)
Thanks for stopping by. Have a wonderful day!

Wow, Carolyn, just gorgeous. Your trees outside with the lights look so magical! I love all your decorations inside as well. Just wondering why 5 stockins? Who doesn't get one? x Sharon
ReplyDeleteCarolyn, I love your beatuifully decorated home. Actually, I would love your home if it weren't decorated! This house has so much character! Is this an older home? That question is not meant to be an insult, it is a compliment. I love older homes with character, and I would love to have one to renovate!
ReplyDeleteCarolyn, your home looks lovely! Our schools closed yesterday too, and as many teachers like me are also mums to their own children, can I just say that I am glad to have some time to prepare a lovely Christmas for my own family too! God bless x
ReplyDeleteYour home is beautiful, & I love your raised panel wainscotting. All of your Christmas decor looks amazing!

Love the jar with the epson salts and christmas balls - brilliant!
ReplyDeleteDo you have a source for your rush- seat living room chair / ottoman? I've been looking for that style - very pretty home!
ReplyDelete@Anonymous... I'm afraid I can't remember the manufacturer of the chair and ottoman. I got it many years ago at a furniture store in Indianapolis.
ReplyDeleteIf you send me an e-mail, I'll let you know if I dig up any info on it. Thanks!
